On behalf of Sony Pictures Global Business Services, a multinational company based in Gdynia, we are currently recruiting for the position of OTC Accountant with French language. In this role, you will ensure that cash collection activities meet the requirements of the client by reducing aged debt, maximising collection and collating information whilst maintaining a professional relationship with the client and their customers.; OTC Accountant with French; Gdynia, Poland; REF: 1018291; Duties and Responsibilities:; Daily AR management: reviewing and tracking of AR status, follow up on overdue invoices ; Request payment remittance from customers ; Establish payment dates with customers by phone ; Collect, progress and escalate high importance information ; Assist in the preparation of management reports ; Ensure that the collection processes are followed ; Produce monthly statements to send to external customers ; Prepare and review cash forecasts for specific clients; Skills & Experience Required:; Typically 2 years of experience in AR/Collections or another financial role ; Strong interpersonal skills along with a friendly and professional telephone manner ; Good organizational and time management skills ; Excellent Ms Excel skills ; Experience of working in a shared services environment ; Good working knowledge of SAP Financials; Language Skills: ; Advanced English language skills (oral and written) ; Fluency in French; Our Client offers:; High work environment standards ; Attractive salary appropriate to experience ; Attractive and stable employment conditions ; Training and development opportunities within the company; To find out more about Sony Pictures Global Business Services visit our website at www.hays.pl/jobs/sonypictures; If this role isn’t for you, why don’t you email your updated CV to find out about other positions we are currently recruiting for!;
