Respond to contacts from users within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality
Enforce our Terms of Use by carefully monitoring reports of abuse on the site
Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions

REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluent English
Fluent  Arabic or Spanish
Graduate with min. 1 year of working experience (preferably in a multinational environment)
Cultural understanding
Extremely reliable, consistent, and hard-working
Passion for ensuring a positive, safe user experience
Flexibility for occasional weeknights and weekends
Computer literacy
