For our Client, a sportswear and footwear retailer willing to open its first store in Wrocław, we are currently looking for Candidates interested in the Assistant Store Manager position.

As a successful Candidate, you will assist in managing all day-to-day operations to achieve targeted productivity, sales and profitability. Furthermore, you will assume full leadership and managerial responsibilities when the Store manager is not present. As an Assistant Store Manager you will assist also the Store Manager in all aspects of recruiting, training and motivating of staff, execute all handling of cach as per company directives, ensure outstanding customer service.

We want to hear from individuals who have already gained a solid experience in retail, preferably holding managerial positions (Deputy Store Manager, Store Manager of smaller stores) in a similar company. Before you apply please be sure that you are (or might be) passionate about sports footwear and apparel industry, you demonstrate highly-developed awarness for customer service. Successful Candidate needs to speak communicative English (next recruitment steps conducted in English).
