On behalf of our Client, a world-wide known international company, establishing new SSC to provide finance and accounting services, we are currently recruiting for the position of Accounting Team Leader with German.

Your role will involve:
•              Managing the team of accountants
•              Monitoring and updating operational procedures
•              Responding to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
•              Appropriate addressing of escalations
•              Identifying and implementing process improvement ideas
•              Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements
•              Guiding and mentoring the team to deliver high quality work
•              Coordinate smooth processing of incoming reports
•              Preparing reports in Excel
            
To be successful in this role you will need:
•              4 – 5 years of experience working within the BPO/SSC centers
•              Fluent business English language skills (oral and written)
•              Ability to effectively communicate in business German
•              Experience in leading a team
•              Excellent MS Excel skills
•              Ability to operate in an international environment
