Duties:
·          Support technical query calls
·          Provide customer support within agreed timeframe
·          Handle escalations related to process / technical knowledge
 
Qualifications:
·          Good command of English and French is a must
·          Microsoft environment knowledge
·          Excellent communication and customer care skills
·          Problem Determination & analysis skills
·          Documentation skills
