For our Client, a global player in the food ingredients industry who has recently launched a Global Shared Services Centre, we are looking for a :

FINANCE/SAP PROJECT MANAGER

for a fixed term role ( 6 - 12 months)

We are looking for you if:

•  if you are a finance generalist, with hands on SAP (use and implementation) experience as well as experience of people management, preferably in a global manufacturing company environment. 
• have experience of working in a high performance multi-cultural environment with language skills that would be an advantage

Your main tasks would be:

• To manage a finance testing and training team of 7 for a global SAP roll out.
• To deliver a testing agenda for finance that spans Integration testing through into User Acceptance testing, and to work with testing leads in each of the other (non-finance) process teams 
• To work with a global build team based in the USA to resolve issues discovered in testing
• To work with the finance training lead  and the US programme training managers to deliver shared service finance training to the Lodz shared service centre
• To facilitate the finance training of non-shared services finance managers using Lodz as a base for some of this
• To provide ad hoc finance support to the BPM finance process lead as required on a broad range of project tasks as experience and capacity permits.

Your experience should include:

• A mixture of business management and project management gained in a make market sell global organisation
• SAP user, possibly super user or even FICO qualified
•  Experience of SAP implementation projects and ideally of BPR projects
• Ability to work under tight project deadlines and deliver to those deadlines
•  Shared service experience advantageous
• Good spoken and written communication skills in both English and Polish, with other languages an advantage
• An ability to be comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty, demonstrated by an ability to take the lead where this is lacking.
• Ability and willingness to travel both to the US and other European countries (not more than 15%)
