HR Generealist
 
 
The main duties will include:

• Managing recruitment activities
• Updating personnel files and employee status changes
• Administering leaves of absence
• Payroll preparation
• Employment contract management
• Mobility management
• Reviewing annual performance reviews
• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures

 
Qualifications:
 

• At least five years experience in similar position
• Knowledge od of polish labour law and labour contract
• Experience in payroll and recruitment
• Fluency in English
• Experience in direct work at construction sites
