Based in Coventry, working within the grounds of the University Hospital NHS Trust, you will join the newest addition to the UK’s largest independent provider of healthcare services.
 
Working together with the PCT, the hospital treats both private and NHS referred patients and includes 15 outpatient consulting rooms, 3 major operating theatres, endoscopy suite, radiology and physiotherapy departments.
 
This is an opportunity to enhance your skills and career in a technically modern environment. You will be exposed to a wide range of surgeries including gynaecology, orthopaedics, cardio-thoracics, neurosurgery and general medicine.
To be considered for this job you should be a Registered Nurse with acute surgery and medicine experience.

As Ward Nurse your duties will include;

• Liaise effectively with staff ensuring medical instructions are carried out promptly and correctly.
• Notify significant changes in patients’ condition and potential implications, taking remedial action as appropriate.
• Ensure that all clinical and legal documents completed are accurate and legible.
  To ensure the safe custody and administration of drugs.
